How to Calm a Fussy Baby

There are many things you can try to calm a fussy baby:

  1. Try holding and cuddling your baby. This can help soothe and comfort your baby.

  2. Offer your baby a pacifier. Sucking can help calm and soothe your baby.

  3. Swaddle your baby. Swaddling can help your baby feel warm and secure, which can help them relax.

  4. Rock your baby or take them for a walk in a stroller. Gentle movement can be soothing for some babies.

  5. Try white noise. Many babies find the sound of white noise, such as a fan or a white noise machine, calming.
